About-UsTithing Statement

Deuteronomy 6:5

“And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might”.

God said: Jesus reiterated it: “Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart” (Matthew 22:37). Thus He binds us to Himself in the totality of our being. Every thing comes under allegiance to Him, including what we do with our possessions.

When we recognize this we will also recognize that what counts in our giving is not our share in the budget of the church, but God’s share of our income.

Systematic, proportionate giving is the only suitable way to do this. From this basis let us worship the Lord with our love offerings.
