About Trinity Missionary Baptist Church
Thank you for taking the time to find out more about Trinity Missionary Baptist Church and our community. Trinity Missionary Baptist Church was established in Honolulu, HI in 1968. We hope that after you look through our website and attend a worship service, you will consider becoming a more active part of our growing community of faith.
Under the spiritual leadership of Pastor Anthony J. Cook, Trinity Missionary Baptist Church offers many ministries for people of all ages and walks of life who are looking to strengthen their relationship with Christ. We offer ministries in Agape Ministry, Fellowship Ministry, Deployment Ministry/Military Members, Music Ministry, Audio Visual Ministry, and Prison Ministry.
Mission Statement
To Teach, educate and equip our members to understand the word of God and how to apply it to their daily lives. To minister to the spiritual, physical, and economic needs of our church and the surrounding community. To worship in spirit, and in truth through a personal relationship with God, by strengthening our service through a conscious entrance into His presence and by responding favorably and faithfully to the presence of God through praise in prayer. To encourage fellowship through a spiritual relationship, support, and corporation, according to the word of God. To reach and lead the lost to a personal relationship with Christ through witnessing, preaching, teaching the redeeming grace of God.
Meet Our Pastor
Pastor Dr. Anthony Cook
Dr. Cook is committed to serving God and man, with the objective of advancing the Gospel of Jesus Christ, while meeting his pastoral responsibilities, evangelizing the unchurched, feeding the hungry, clothing the naked, sheltering the homeless, and providing hope to the hopeless. Modeling Christ’s manner of teaching, leading, reaching and feeding those less fortunate. He desires to lead God’s people and encourage them to embrace the Christian practice of addressing the spiritual and physical needs of the community.

Philippians 4:6-7 NKJV “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
The women’s ministry is supporting the TMBC Food and Clothing Drive, Saturday, May 10, 2025. Consider taking a few minutes and see if you have any unwanted clothes lurking in the back of your closet or in storage bins. We are accepting canned goods, women’s, men’s and children’s clothing. Please refer to the attached flyer for additional information.
Please consider donating a few of your (or your family members) clean gently worn clothes and shoes to the clothing drive.
To get started, here are the tips I use when purging my closet of clothes, shoes, and jewelry.
Time to clean out your closet?
Ask yourself the following questions….
- Clothes = do they fit?
- Do I wear it?
- If it doesn’t fit, will I ever get in it again?
- Yes – Keep
- If the answer is NO – DONATE.
